Retirement Plan

Retirement plan showing employment lengths and corresponding returns totaling $105,000.

Must be employed at the same job. If one quits their job before the ending of their cycle, they lost their investment.

Example: If Jim works three years at a job but quit, he has forfeited on his retirement plan and must start over. If Jim quits after 5 years, he receives $5,000.

If Jim stays on the same job but decides he can't afford the new premium he may pay to stay on a lower plan, for a lower monthly payment.

If Jim can't afford to make monthly payments he may suspend payments until he wishes to start back.
