Meet Ms. Earline. Every morning Ms.Earline is awake at 6am by her CNA. Her adult underwear are checked and changed. Two males come pick Ms. Earline up and take her to bathe. Its currently 6:05 am.
Meet Mr. Thomas. Every morning Mr. Thomas is awaken by his CNA by 6:08 every morning. His underwear are checked and changed. Two males come pick Mr.Thomas up and take him to bathe. It's currently 6:12
RN Reggie Ramsey started filling daily regimen for his 50 patient portal. By 7am RN Ramsey had completed the morning task.
Meet Paula. Every morning she awaken by her CNA by 6:20 every morning. Her undergarments are checked and changed. Two males come gather Ms. Paula for bathe. It's currently 6:30.
Meet Mr. Jackson. Every morning he is awaken by his CNA every morning by 6:32. His underwear are checked and changed. Two males come gather Mr. Jackson for bathe. It's currently 6:40

It is currently 7am and all patient that are registered under CNA Rosetta are clean. CNA Rosetta now ensure all of her patients receive plates. RN Ramsey enters the room and delivers all medication to all patients before their breakfast. It is currently 7:10 am. By 8am all the patients are done eating. All rooms have been clean and each patient is taken back to their room to dress for the day. It is currently 9am.
All Nursing home are to have and a large atrium, movie room. Massage room. Large outdoor area, walk trail. Large garden.
CNA Rosetta now has a window of 30 minutes each to sit with each one of her patients daily. She is not stressed or overworked. Every two hours CNA Rosetta checks her patients bottoms to ensure they are clean. CNA Rosetta now documents any changes she see in her clients.
It is currently 11 am, lunch is ready and to be served at 12. CNA Rosetta finds all of her clients and take them to the cafeteria at 12.

After the second lunch, the patients are free to roam the facility as they please. It is currently 5:30. CNA Rosetta leaves at 6pm. Before Rosetta leaves she has noted all of her clients condition before the end of the day and now CNA Bertha has take Rosetta place.
It is currently 7pm. Second bathe of the day. All patient are cleaned and sent to the cafeteria. Once CNA Bertha had all of her patients clean and sent to the cafeteria, CNA Bertha fed all 5 of her patients and took them to their rooms. Once all patients were tucked away in their beds CNA Bertha sat down and checked on all rooms every two hours until 6am.
No bed sores. No injuries. No mental damage. No overworked employees
Make nursing home more suitable for people. Bring new support of allowing Nursing Homes to have new equipment to help clients with mobility with daily task.
No temp agency employees. Temp agency nurses are only called on in extreme emergencies. Temp agency nurses can cause poor communication and confusion and conflict. Causing poor care towards clients.
