Bring in a force to overcome the crime rate in Mexico, allow no corruption in, for when one has entered politics of any level and manifest corruption, it is the enemy to the system, remove it.

Americans have the right to move to Mexico and work within in its boarder.

Transportation

Horse and Carriage. Due to the pay scale in this new country being lower than the United States, we are removing cars from the roads in this new country and using Horses and Carriages for transportation. 

Economics

Each citizen will make 18 per hour however due to the rent that this country will pay, the citizen will make 9 dollars per hour, leaving 243 per week after taxes.                        

Rent will cost the citizens 350 monthly. There will be no car maintenance outside of carriage repair and maintain the horse, leaving the citizen 622.00 monthly after rent.
