When minds that are not accustomed to wealth receive degrees they have been given access to be around people of wealth. People that have suffered from poverty and was given the passage to earn a certificate for free, is a danger to society. While it had the ability to read and take test, it has no life experience and does not understand the language of wealth. When one has suffered from poverty is given access to be in charge over wealth, it's there to prove it's value, it will destroy anything wealthy it can find because it views wealth as competition, it will come in someone's life that is wealth and will destroy because it has the mindset of trying to show it's value. When so many certificates have been given out for free, the College will lose it's value because it gave low quality mind high quality positions. Everything will lose value when poverty is allowed in high places, poverty will make the rich poor.  

Require all Musicians to have a degree. 

The people treat Musicians as their heroes and there is no issue with that but whom are these Musicians, Musicians have to understand that the people will behave as their hero, we have seen a large crime increase due to musicians with low quality minds producing music that corrupts the mind. The people look up to these musicians because they are rich, they have played their part in destroying the youth with poison sounds. We are witnessing many musicians that are criminally related from endless charges, we understand these musicians speak about the murders that they have committed, they have accidently encouraged citizens to kill others and show how bold they are, they are deadly to society because they do not think before they act. We are living in a society in the United States were the citizens have no respect. 

Time

To become a doctor it should only take three years, a doctor should be certified in one certain field. Heart doctor, Brain doctor, Bone doctor, Trauma doctor, etc. When a mind is forced to take courses away from its field to enter it’s field there is no benefit, when one is allowed to enter its field directly from day one, its mind is fresh, so cures that older doctors can’t see a new doctor can became its fresh.     

For Lawyers, Teachers, Nurses and so many other careers fields school, college should only last one to two years at most.

Doctor 100,000.

When one has paid 30,000 down payment, government housing is to be provided until the future doctor has paid their remaining balance of 70,000. The future doctor has five years to pay the 70,000.                                           

Once the fifth year has expired the future doctor must move out of the government housing unit and continue to save the money outside of government housing.
